I had struggled with a torn abdominal muscle and back pain for many months. Physio hadn’t helped. I joined Emma’s Monday evening group and in a couple of weeks I’d made enormous progress. I was impressed by her awareness of each attendee’s injuries and issues. She creates a professional, supportive and friendly atmosphere and gives focused individual advice to help you understand the benefit and sweet spot of each movement. Having now moved away I have been able to integrate many of the exercises Emma taught me into my own routines. I would highly recommend Emma as a Pilates teacher.
