Personal training can enable you to get results more quickly. You will improve your technique and re-dress issues specific to you such as muscle imbalances or posture. I teach these sessions in my home studio in Tonbridge and use the Pilates Reformer, Spine corrector and other equipment to re-balance, strengthen, stretch and move your body. I can also teach online via Zoom if you prefer.
Anyone can benefit from this highly personalised approach. All my clients, from golfers to horse-riders; postnatal to elderly clients; marathon runners to exercise beginners have had great success from their lessons. It is especially beneficial to those recovering from injury and I have worked with a number of clients recovering from knee or hip surgery, suffering from back pain or general aches.
Personal training can be arranged at a time to suit you. You can book a single session but I advise signing up initially for a course of 5 sessions on a weekly basis.
