Virtual Pilates

Tuesday 9.30am

If you are pushed for time, don't live locally or perhaps just prefer the easier option of virtual classes you can join via Zoom.

Essential Mat Pilates

Monday 7.30pm
Tuesday 9.30am
Wednesday 11am

This class is suitable for all levels with various modifications offered for the Pilates repertoire of exercises to help you strengthen, lengthen and tone your body. The class finishes with a 5 minute relaxation. I use small props such as blocks, bands and mini ball to add modifications to the exercises.

Intermediate Pilates

Thursday 9.00am

Friday 8.15am

Friday 9.30am

These classes are for clients that have experience of Pilates, and include many of the intermediate exercises from the original Pilates repertoire to improve core strength and spine mobility and challenge your balance and control. In the Thursday class I use a Pilates roller or Magic Circle to add challenge.
