Live Virtual Pilates classes £10
These classes are suitable for all levels with various modifications offered for the Pilates repertoire of exercises to help you strengthen, lengthen and tone your body. The class finishes with a 5 minute relaxation. I use small props such as blocks, bands and mini ball to add modifications to the exercises.
These classes are equipment based.
You will need a roller, magic circle, mini ball, block & bands.
These classes are for clients that have experience of Pilates, and include many of the intermediate exercises from the original Pilates repertoire to improve core strength and spine mobility and challenge your balance and control.
