1:1 Sessions
One to One personal training sessions offer a more focused approach. Some of my clients prefer that and only come tobook personal training sessions. Other cclients combine one to one classes training sessions and mat classes. They can benefit anyone, especially those new to Pilates or recovering from injury. Sessions can be arranged at a time to suit you and can be done on the mat,, with the use of small props or on the studio reformer. I do recommend booking one if you have never done Pilates before,
